Hi, I hav read some series like this, john jakes and danna fuller ross wrote about families that span generations, but they were long series. Does that count to?

Absolutely! You mean, something like, each book was a generation or a family member?

List some titles please! They could be interesting.

Hmmm, I read a family trillegy type series as well. I can't remember the titles now, but they were sort of sappy and romantic. Scottish family, I believe.

Ok, it was Jude Devereaux
Velvet Promise (1981), Highland Velvet (1982), Velvet Song (1983), and Velvet Angel
(1983)
Part of the Montgomery Annals series

Doing some further research on this author, looks like she has written a few family sagas. Hopefully some zone readers will enjoy!

Susan Howatch has written some good multi-generational family sagas, one of my favorites being Penmarric. Wheel of Fortune by the same author is a great one too. I love reading sweeping family sagas that span several generations of a family.
